SETP Workstations:  If an application includes a SETP workstation then we have a problem! With the CA-7 triggering system, jobs are only requested just before they run, not early in the day, which happens on OPC. The SETP is detailing set-up tasks which we need to know during the day. So, if an application includes a SETP, an extra job is scheduled for 09:00 on the days when the application is running. This extra jobs have text messages (USER requirements) defined detailing the tasks. The main application header has a predecessor on the new job to ensure it has run.

Flow Charts:
The package creates flow charts so you can see the structure that has been created. It shows all the CA-7 structural information and the new job names. You can also print it with the old OPC names if you wish. The X and Y marking are shown because an alphabetic list is also printed giving the location of each job.

Here you can see some of the details included on the flow chart. The trigger queue time is a CA-7 facility where we can see if jobs are running behind schedule. The diagram also includes the OPC operation number.
